HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR CHAIN IS A REAL CHAIN CULT

Chainmail is a centuries-old technique used by many jewelry designers, but not all of them prioritize the quality of materials or craftsmanship. That’s why not every chain out there is built to last, or safe for your skin.

Here’s how you can tell if your chain is a real Chain Cult:

1. Logo Tag
   Every genuine Chain Cult chain comes with a small metal tag featuring the logo. If your piece doesn’t have this, it may not be authentic.
   
   
2. Premium Materials
   I only use high-quality stainless steel. If your chain feels overly light, rusts, or irritates your skin, it’s probably not from me.
   
   
3. Packaging
   All my chains come in branded packaging—usually a Chain Cult box. No official packaging? That’s a red flag.
   
   
4. Where You Bought It
   Authentic Chain Cult products are only sold through my official website and a few selected retailers. If you got it somewhere else, double-check with me.
   
   
5. Order Confirmation
   If you bought directly from my website, you should have received an email with your order details and a tracking number. Can’t find it? Reach out and I’ll help you confirm.
