I've received my order, but it doens't fit me/I don't like it... What can I do?
If you got the wrong size, is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, no problem! You can send your order back and get it fixed or get a full refund. I only ask you to send it within the first 15 days after receiving your order, and to take care of shipping fees yourself.
Are the chains nickel free?
All stainless steel items are nickel free.
Some articles come with little adornments, like cone and pyramid pendants, which are alloy and may contain nickel.
In the case of the earrings, all fish hangers are nickel free.
Brass chains could contain nickel.
Can I have any item from the website in stainless steel or brass?
Almost all of my designs are possible to make in both, stainless stee and brass. Contact me via email before you place your order.
Is there a fisical store where I can try the chains on?
I don't have a fisical store. I'm planning on selling in stores around Europe, but that will take some stime still.
How do I take care of my chains?
The color of your chains might change over time and use. This could make them look even better! But if you like your chains clean and shiny, then you can wash them with soap and water, and dry them with a clean cloth. Don’t worry, your chains won’t rust!
My aim is to make chains that can last you a lifetime, so if you need them to get repair or readjusted don't hesitate to contact me.
