I've received my order, but it doens't fit me/I don't like it... What can I do?
If you received the wrong size, the item is not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, no worries! You can send your order back and either have it fixed or receive a full refund. All I ask is that you send it back within the first 15 days after receiving your order and cover the shipping fees yourself.

Are all Chain Cult chains nickel-free?
All stainless steel items, including the fish hook and lever-back earrings, are nickel-free.
I only use one type of closure that contains nickel, and it is specified in the description of each piece. If you need your chains to be completely nickel-free, please leave a note at checkout and I will make sure of it.

Can I shower with my Chain Cult chains?
Yes! Stainless steel is a clean, rust-resistant material that won’t tarnish or irritate your skin. It also won’t change color or get damaged, so you can totally shower or bathe with your chains.

Do you also make gold colored chains?
I used to, but I stopped offering them because the gold-colored materials available don’t meet the quality standards I want for my chains.

How do I take care of my Chain Cult chain?
Stainless steel doesn’t require any maintenance. If you’d like your chain to look extra shiny, you can simply clean it with soapy water, just as you would wash your dishes. The chains will not rust or irritate your skin.
