I've received my order, but it doens't fit me/I don't like it... What can I do?

If you received the wrong size, the item is not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, no worries! You can send your order back and either have it fixed or receive a full refund. All I ask is that you send it back within the first 15 days after receiving your order and cover the shipping fees yourself.

Are the chains nickel free?

All stainless steel items, including the fish hook and lever back earrings, are free of nickel.
Brass chains could contain nickel.

Can I choose between stainless steel or brass for any item available on the website?

The majority of my designs are possible to make in both, stainless stee and brass. Feel free to contact me via email before making your purchase, if you can't find the option you desire.

How do I take care of my chains?

Stainless steel: You can clean your chain with hot soapy water like you would with dishes. And if you want that extra sparkle, you can tumble it.

Brass: You can easily clean your brass chain with soapy water and ensure it's completely dry afterwards. And to keep it in the best condition, store it separately from other metals.

Clothing: I recommend hand washing your clothes with cold water, unless the label specifies otherwise.
