Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for fabrication.
For larger custom pieces—like armor tops—production time may take 3 to 6 weeks.

As soon as your piece is ready, I’ll ship it out and send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping costs vary depending on your country, and you’ll see the final rate during checkout, before you complete your purchase.
Keep in mind that the shipping method or carrier may change depending on your location.

RETURNS:

Yes, returns and exchanges are totally possible!

If your chain doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you simply changed your mind—no problem.

You can return it within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. All I ask is that you cover the return shipping costs. Simple and fair.

If more than 15 days have passed, you can still return the chain and receive a store voucher for the full purchase amount to use on any future order.

Need an adjustment? I’m happy to help at any time. You can either send the chain back to me (shipping costs are your responsibility) or bring it in person to my studio if that’s more convenient.

My goal is to make sure your piece feels right for you.
