LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Chain Cult, I stand by the quality of every piece I make. That’s why all of my chains come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This means that if your chain ever breaks or fails due to a manufacturing issue, I’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you—no questions asked.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Broken links, faulty clasps, or issues caused during normal use
  
  

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse or improper care

• Loss, theft, or normal wear and tear

Just send me a message with your order details and a photo of the issue. I’ll get back to you quickly and sort out the best solution—whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.
